Service Order Software

Service order software built around how synagogues actually run Shabbat morning.

MyBimah replaces the Word-doc / Google-Sheet / mailing-the-rabbi workflow with a real run-of-service editor: every line item, page reference, honor, and section leader in one place — synced across clergy, gabbaim, and the office. In active beta with a launch-partner synagogue, and built collaboratively with their clergy.

Auto page resolution

Linked-catalog rows resolve their own page numbers across Sim Shalom, Lev Shalem, Etz Hayim, and Mahzor Lev Shalem. Switch a service from one siddur to another and the pages update.

Drag-drop sections

Pesukei D'Zimra, Shacharit, Torah Service, Musaf — reorder sections, move line items, add overlays for special Shabbatot or B'nei Mitzvah without re-typing anything.

Honors planning portal

Plan aliyot, Hagbah, Gelilah, openings, and English readings before the service order exists. Share a private link with families. They fill in honoree names; you click Apply.

PDF + bimah projector

Print a clergy-facing PDF in one click. Or open SAGE — our live projector with run-of-service sync, multi-display support, and an operator panel that drives the wall.

Who it's for

Conservative, Reform, and Modern Orthodox synagogues. Anywhere a clergy team plans recurring services with a gabbai, a ritual committee, or a section-leader rotation. Especially useful for synagogues running B'nei Mitzvah, sermons, special Shabbatot, or coordinating multiple Sefer Torah scrolls.

What you'll stop doing once it's in place

  • • Re-typing the same service order every Friday afternoon.
  • • Emailing PDFs back and forth with the rabbi for last-minute changes.
  • • Hunting through a 200-page printed deck for the right slide on the bimah.
  • • Asking three people who's reading Aliyah 5 because the gabbai changed it after Wednesday.
  • • Building a separate PowerPoint for the projector that duplicates the run-of-service.

Currently in beta with one launch partner. We're cohorting the next 5–10.

Beta synagogues lock in their pricing and shape the roadmap. Drop a note and we'll set up a 20-minute call.

We'll only use this to follow up about MyBimah. No marketing list.
