Now in beta

The bimah,
fully orchestrated.

MyBimah is the service-planning platform for synagogues. Run-of-service order, honors, Torah readings, lifecycle events, and the Shabbat-morning timeline — all in one place, built around how clergy and gabbaim actually work.

Beta. Onboarding selectively while we build with our launch partner.

Beta status

MyBimah is currently in active beta. We're building deliberately through a full year of services — Shabbat, High Holidays, lifecycle events — before opening to the next cohort.

What it does

One place for everything that happens on the bimah.

Run-of-Service

Sectioned order with English + Hebrew, durations, page references across editions, leader assignments, and live progress tracking on Shabbat morning.

Honors

Aliyot, hagbah, gelilah, ark openings, Torah readers — planned ahead with shareable links to families, accept/decline confirmations, and a complete history per member.

High Holidays

Pre-built service templates for Conservative Erev/Day RH, Kol Nidrei, YK Morning, and Mincha–Neilah. Multi-Sefer ceremonies and group aliyot included.

Calendar-aware

Hebcal-synced parsha, holidays, Rosh Hodesh, Omer count. Triennial cycle aware. Shabbat Mevarchim auto-detection. Israel + diaspora modes.

Multi-tenant

Each synagogue gets its own subdomain, branding, catalog, and team — with shared platform-level prayer + reading data that stays current.

Built with clergy

Shaped through a year of weekly services with rabbis, gabbaim, and section leaders. Not a generic event tool retrofitted for synagogue use.
