💎Pricing

Launch-partner pricing while we mature.

Public pricing card on the way. Beta cohort selectively onboarding.

MyBimah is in active beta with a launch-partner synagogue. We're onboarding new tenants selectively — not because we want to gate access, but because we want to make sure each new tenant gets concierge onboarding while the platform matures. Beta-cohort pricing is intentionally simple: you pay for what you'd otherwise be paying multiple vendors for, and we work with you to get it right.

Pricing reflects the value of replacing the vendors + manual processes you currently maintain — not a per-seat formula. We'll structure it so you save money on day one.

  • Every module shipped today (Bimah, Honors, SAGE, Pulse, Lifecycle, Yahrzeit Memorial Board)
  • Bulk plaque + member import from your current vendor
  • Direct line to the founder for onboarding + product decisions
  • First seat in upcoming beta cohorts (CRM, Facilities, Building Access)
  • Custom catalog seeding (your siddur pages, your minhag, your scrolls)
  • Weekly office hours + Slack channel

Standard

Coming

Self-serve onboarding with concierge available as add-on.

TBD

Public pricing card publishes when we exit beta. Expect tiers by congregation size + module count — same shape as modern B2B SaaS, with the small-shul-friendly entry point you'd expect from a vertical product.

  • Self-serve onboarding flow
  • Documented data import paths (CSV / API)
  • Per-module enable / disable
  • Standard support with email response SLAs
  • Public uptime + status page
Why no public pricing yet? Because we're still in active beta and want each new tenant to come with a real onboarding conversation. Pricing structures for B2B vertical SaaS get refined fast in early cohorts; we'd rather charge fairly than commit to a number we'll regret. Reach out and we'll talk through what you're currently paying for + where MyBimah fits.

Built for the way your synagogue actually runs.
