SAGE operator sidebar — ETA + projected-current + calibrate
Bring the kiosk's ETA panel into the SAGE operator screen so operators see the same projection clergy and the kitchen see.
Curated from our internal pipeline.
We don't ship a generic Trello board. This is the curated public roadmap — everything actively being built, everything designed and ready to start, everything intentionally deferred. When something moves, this page moves. When you see your own request reflected, you'll know we heard you.
Bring the kiosk's ETA panel into the SAGE operator screen so operators see the same projection clergy and the kitchen see.
Click a section in the rail → popup of every sub-slide in it → click any to jump. Replaces the current jump-to-first-slide behavior.
Capture every advance / jump / calibrate across SAGE operator, Bimah Mode, and the facilities ETA kiosk with full contextual snapshot (overlays in effect, parasha, scroll count, lifecycle events). Feeds a per-prayer timing report for like-for-like comparison.
Dedicated audio-capture box near the AV booth running on-device Whisper transcription. Listens to the prayer leader through the soundboard, matches against the live SAGE deck via a new match-targets API, and advances the projector automatically. Sliding-window N-gram matching with section-skip detection, auto Quiet Mode for sermons, manual override always wins. Hardware ~$700–$1,600 (Jetson Orin Nano or Mac Mini M4 Pro). 100% local — no cloud calls. Architecture fully designed and locked in.
TipTap with bold + italic + line breaks + lists only. No font / color / size override — keeps the projector design system intact.
Last-honored, tribe affiliation (Kohen / Levi), family graph relationships drive smarter aliyah suggestions in the picker.
One page summarizing every Lifecycle service for a family with addresses + RSVP links. Respects the per-service is_family_visible flag.
Multi-select tickets, change status / assign / merge in one shot. Saved filter views per user.
Projector-only catalog category for Mi Sheberach instructions, kavanot, custom announcements. Per-section header slides auto-injected at section transitions.
Side-by-side text editor with auto-grow textareas + RTL auto-detect on the projector + pagination-shift warning when text edits cross sub-slide boundaries.
Visit confirmations, updates, cancellations all tracked. Resend webhook updates delivered / bounced / complained per send.
Touchscreen kiosk replacement for plaque-wall vendors. Bulk import scripts, multi-photo support, Hebrew gematria dates, animated candle.
Public submission, status lookup, member dashboard, public Project Board, idle nudge cron, reports, inbound email reply threading.
Front-end welcome portal for new members + back-end engagement-director admin. Assign Navigator congregants or families, run a 30/90/180/365-day checkpoint cadence, generate monthly leadership dossiers, and graduate households into Community CRM when they're settled.
Robust project management for events, internal initiatives, community programs, and capital campaigns. Pulse tickets elevate into projects with one click; project pages absorb facilities work orders and lifecycle services as roll-ups. Phases, tasks, dependencies, and a public Project Board surface already shipped via Pulse phase 3.
Pastoral touchpoints with follow-up workflows. Donor cultivation pipelines. Family graph for relationship-aware honor suggestions. Beta cohort opening this year.
Asset registry, vendor catalog, work-order ticketing with the Pulse state-machine pattern, recurring preventive-maintenance schedules, and a keyholder + building-access roster. Pulse tickets elevate into work orders; work orders roll up under capital projects.
Twilio integration for honor confirmations + Pulse status notifications + Lifecycle RSVP changes. Member opt-in stored on user preferences.
Two-way sync for the membership directory, dues status, contact info — so MyBimah stays in lockstep with the books-of-record system.
"This is Shabbat Mevarchim — apply Birkat HaChodesh?" prompts in the editor when conditions are met but the operator hasn't applied the overlay.
"Bar Mitzvah, Parashat Shoftim, Bonnie reads Haftarah" → service order skeleton.
We're onboarding new launch-partner synagogues selectively while we mature the platform with our beta partner. Send a note and we'll set up a conversation.
