Click a section in the rail → popup of every sub-slide in it → click any to jump. Replaces the current jump-to-first-slide behavior.
Calibration analytics — capture pipeline + report
Capture every advance / jump / calibrate across SAGE operator, Bimah Mode, and the facilities ETA kiosk with full contextual snapshot (overlays in effect, parasha, scroll count, lifecycle events). Feeds a per-prayer timing report for like-for-like comparison.

SAGE Voice Sync — AI listener that follows the leader
Dedicated audio-capture box near the AV booth running on-device Whisper transcription. Listens to the prayer leader through the soundboard, matches against the live SAGE deck via a new match-targets API, and advances the projector automatically. Sliding-window N-gram matching with section-skip detection, auto Quiet Mode for sermons, manual override always wins. Hardware ~$700–$1,600 (Jetson Orin Nano or Mac Mini M4 Pro). 100% local — no cloud calls. Architecture fully designed and locked in.
